I have complete confidence in my clients, even when they lose motivation or have to start over from scratch. Why? Because I’ve been there too! Life gets busy and we’re needed in so many places by so many people. That’s exactly what happened after I had my two beautiful kids. I wanted to get back to the gym, but it took a long time. Once I did, there was no turning back. Since pursuing my personal trainer certification, I’ve helped a lot of people feeling exactly the same way overcome that fear of failure and realize they’re stronger than they know.

Hey, I’m Natasha and I’m excited to become your trainer!

Focusing on health isn’t new for me. I’ve felt that adrenaline rush of excitement you get from working out ever since junior high. Back then, I was still popping work-out videos into the DVD player every day after school. A lot has changed since then. There was a time in my life when I lost the motivation to get back into working out. When I finally did kickstart my fitness goals again, the change in my mental and physical state was incredible! That’s what I want each and every client to feel when they work out with me. 

I could have gone back to my teaching career after having kids, but I decided to breathe new life into my passion for health. That’s what motivated me to get my certification, design my own basement studio, and become a group and personal trainer.

So, what can you expect? Some clients have described me as a cross between Jack Black and Jillian Michaels. For me, that perfect mix of fun and hard work is what makes me roll out of bed every day with a positive outlook on life. I hope it brings you the same results.

If you’ve never worked out with me before, you’re in for a great time! There are a few things I’d like you to bring along, including a water bottle and clean running shoes. And, of course, bring your full determination, because we’re going to work out hard!

Cancellation Policy for Punch Cards and Drop-Ins

There aren’t many things in life that are guaranteed. That’s why I understand when you can’t make it to a class or session you signed up for. However, I do require at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice so I can try my best to fill that spot or training session. If you provide 24 hours’ notice, your punch card won’t be marked.
