Information for New Clients

If you’ve never worked out with me before, you’re in for a great time! There are a few things I’d like you to bring along, including a water bottle and clean running shoes. And, of course, bring your full determination, because we’re going to work out hard!

There are three options for coming to group fitness classes:

  • Drop-Ins
  • Punch Cards
  • 10 Class Semester Registration

Payment Options

Payment for all services is available by cash or e-transfer only. Please contact me for payment details and billing questions.

Health & Doctor’s Permission

Your health is central to my business. I want you to walk out of my class feeling great – not feeling sick or injured. You should always consult your doctor before coming to my classes or personal training sessions – especially if you have any health issues or take any medications. 

Also, please keep everyone around you safe and healthy. If you have the flu or a cold, please refrain from coming to class.

Drop-Ins

Are you the spontaneous type? That’s great! I always welcome drop-ins for group sessions. However, I can’t always guarantee there will be space, so please contact me in advance to check availability and let me know you’ll be coming.

Punch Cards

Punch card passes are available for group classes. Each punch card has 10 classes on it. You can come to any class you’d like to as long as there is room. Please contact me in advance to let me know you’ll be attending a specific class. I’ll sign you up and we’ll be ready to welcome you when you arrive!

Cancellation Policy for Punch Cards and Drop-Ins

There aren’t many things in life that are guaranteed. That’s why I understand when you can’t make it to a class or session you signed up for. However, I do require at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice so I can try my best to fill that spot or training session. If you provide 24 hours’ notice, your punch card won’t be marked.

10 Class Semester Registrations

Registrations for 10 class semesters are a great option for clients wanting to save time and really get dedicated. If you’re registering for 10 classes, you’ll need to commit to coming to them. This is so that I can make sure every class is full, energetic, and motivating for everyone.

If you have to miss a class you’ve registered for, you’re welcome to make it up with a different class, as long as the makeup class falls within the same 10 weeks you’re registered for. The cancellation policy is in effect – I require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations from registrants. If you want to guarantee your spot in the makeup class, you’ll also have to let me know which class you’d like to attend instead of the one you were registered for.

10 Class Semester Registration Cancellation Policy

If for any reason, you can’t attend the majority of the classes you’re registered for and would like to cancel the entire package, there is a refund policy available for the 10 Class Semester Registrations. You may cancel your remaining courses and receive a full refund on upcoming classes that have not been attended at any time until the end of the 5th class. After the 5th class, all sales on 10 Class Semester Registrations are final.
