Hey, I’m Natasha and I’m excited to become your trainer!

Focusing on health isn’t new for me. I’ve felt that adrenaline rush of excitement you get from working out ever since junior high. Back then, I was still popping work-out videos into the DVD player every day after school. A lot has changed since then. There was a time in my life when I lost the motivation to get back into working out. When I finally did kickstart my fitness goals again, the change in my mental and physical state was incredible! That’s what I want each and every client to feel when they work out with me.

I could have gone back to my teaching career after having kids, but I decided to breathe new life into my passion for health. That’s what motivated me to get my certification, design my own basement studio, and become a group and personal trainer.
​

So, what can you expect? Some clients have described me as a cross between Jack Black and Jillian Michaels.

 
For me, that perfect mix of fun and hard work is what makes me roll out of bed every day with a positive outlook on life. I hope it brings you the same results.​
